Use

In this IMG activity, you assign anchors and attachment types to each other. A process document belongs to exactly one attachment type. Once a process is completed within the framework of HCM Processes and Forms, the system adds the relevant process documents to the Digital Personnel File (DPF) of the corresponding employee. In general, the node attribute Anchor as selection spot on the model node simply ensures that process documents are inserted at the position of the model node. By assigning the anchor to an attachment type, you inform the system which process documents the system is to insert at this position.

Requirements

When using your own record model:

  • You have created the desired anchors in the IMG activity Define Node Attribute "Anchor".

When using either the sample record model or your own record model:

  1. In the Anchor No. column, use the value help to select the required anchor.
  2. Use the value help in the Attachment Type column to select the relevant form scenario that you want to assign to the selected anchor.
