Use
In this IMG activity, you define the workflow tasks for which you want to suppress sending notifications to specific recipients.
Requirements
You have set up the Enhanced Notifications of SAP Business Workflow for the workflow tasks in HCM Processes and Forms and modified the subscription basic data described there using the IMG activity Exclude Recipients from Receiving Notifications.
Standard settings
SAP delivers the following workflow tasks as examples within the framework of HCM Processes and Forms in the standard system. The following workflow tasks are available in the SAP delivery client:
- TS17900100 Process Form
- TS17900101 Approve Form
- TS17900102 Form Is Edited Again by Author
- TS17900121 Draft for Process Start
- TS17900160 Forward Because of Errors
Activities
Copy the entries from the SAP delivery client or enter the workflow tasks manually.
To suppress notifications, it is also necessary to specify the recipients (users) for whom no notifications are to be sent. You specify these users using the subsequent IMG activities.
