Use
In this IMG activity, you determine which users do not receive notification for the relevant workflow tasks.
The users to be excluded are determined using the Organizational Management objects to be excluded that you previously specified.
Requirements
In the IMG activity Determine Objects To Be Excluded, you have entered a quantity of Organizational Management objects to be excluded.
Standard settings
Activities
The users to be excluded are determined using the report RPASR_WF_NOTIFICATION_EX (Workflow Notification: Determine Users To Be Excluded).
The report evaluates the Organizational Management objects to be excluded and writes the users thus determined to a database table. This database table is read when the notifications are created. Users who are entered in the table do not receive a notification for the workflow tasks entered in the IMG activity Specify Relevant Workflow Tasks.
