Use
In this IMG activity, you create a background job that regularly determines the users to be excluded.
In Organizational Management, changes can occur in time. For example, the link between users and an organizational unit can change. Users can be added or removed. To reflect these changes in the users that are determined for exclusion, you should schedule a background job that periodically redetermines the users to be excluded.
Requirements
You have specified the Organizational Management objects that are to be excluded (IMG activity Determine Objects To Be Excluded).
Standard settings
Activities
Create a report variant for the report RPASR_WF_NOTIFICATION_EX.
Execute the IMG activity and schedule a background job with the new variant you created for the report RPASR_WF_NOTIFICATION_EX.
