Use
You use this IMG activity to adapt the Subscription Basic Data in the Enhanced Notifications of SAP Business Workflow. This is necessary in addition to other settings if you want to suppress sending notifications for specific recipients.
You then use the following IMG activities to specify which recipients are not to receive notifications.
Requirements
You have set up the Enhanced Notifications of SAP Business Workflow for the workflow tasks in HCM Processes and Forms.
Standard settings
Activities
Configure the subscription data in the Enhanced Notifications of SAP Business Workflow using the IMG activity Configuration of Extended Notifications. For more detailed information, see the application help (SAP Library) when you have called the IMG activity.
Enter * in the Recipient Address field and Receiver Determination Through Handler in the Recipient Type field.
In the Handler field, enter the class CL_HRASR00_WF_NOTIFICATION_EX.
Under the associated Subscription Settings for the parameter SHOW_ACTION_EXECUTE_AS, configure the value LINK1 or LINK2 to enable the recipient of the e-mail to execute the work item from the e-mail.
