Use
In this IMG activity, you specify which Organizational Management objects are to be used to determine the users that are not to receive messages for workflow tasks that you created using the IMG activity Specify Relevant Workflow Tasks.
The users to be excluded are determined using Organizational Management objects. You define a set of Organizational Management objects to be excluded. You then use the IMG activity Determine Users To Be Excluded to determine the directly linked users for these objects.
Requirements
You have set up the Enhanced Notifications of SAP Business Workflow for the workflow tasks in HCM Processes and Forms and specified the relevant workflow tasks.
Standard settings
Activities
Enter the objects to be excluded. Specify a unique sequence number, the object type, and the object ID for each of the objects.
Note
Only directly assigned users are determined for an Organizational Management object. For example, for an organizational unit, only those users are determined who are directly linked with this organization unit through a position.
Example
An organizational unit 10004711 HR Administrator is assigned five administrators who are not to receive e-mail notifications for work items as these persons call their universal worklist (UWL) in the Portal several times a day. You enter this organizational unit in the table. You specify organizational unit for the object type and 10004711 for the object ID.
