Use

Personnel Administration processes can be started by users within the framework of Manager Self-Services if the users have been assigned the Manager role.

Activities

Perform the following step to make a process startable for the manager.

Define the service as a process using the IMG activities in the Configuration of Forms/Processes section. In particular, configure the process for users in the Manager role using the IMG activity Configure Start Application.

In addition to the processes, you can also make change requests for employee data executable (see the SAP Implementation Guide (IMG) under Integration with Other mySAP.com Components -> Business Packages/Functional Packages -> Manager Self-Service (mySAP ERP) -> Personnel Change Requests).
