Use

In this IMG activity, you specify the data transfer from the fields and attachment types of the XI message type to the fields and attachment types of the form scenario for the XI message type.

Requirements

You created the form scenario for the XI message type in the previous IMG activities.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. In the dialog structure, choose Form Scenario for XI Message Type and proceed as follows:
    1. Choose New Entries.
    2. Enter the XI message type.
    3. For this XI message type, enter the form scenario for the XI message type that you created in the previous IMG activities and its version.
      4. Note
      0 is also permitted as a version. This value is displayed as a blank field.
    4. Save your entries.
  2. In the dialog structure, choose Data Transfer for Fields and then New Entries.

    For each field for which you want to define a data transfer from the XI message type to the form scenario for the XI message type, proceed as follows:

    1. In the Field Name column, select the required field name of the form scenario.
    2. In the XI Field column, select the field name of the XI message type from which you want to transfer the data to the form scenario field.
    3. Save your entries.
  3. In the dialog structure, choose Data Transfer for Attachment Types and then New Entries.

    For each attachment type for which you want to define a data transfer from the XI message type to the form scenario for the XI message type, proceed as follows:

    1. Select the required attachment type of the form scenario.
    2. In the XI Field column, select the field name of the XI message type from which you want to transfer the data to the attachment type.
    3. Save your entries.
