Use

In this IMG activity, you copy the profiles for the case search delivered by SAP in the standard system for HCM Processes and Forms from the delivery client.

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP delivers the following profiles in the standard system:

  • Process Search (ASR_POBJ)
  • Scenario Search (ASR_FOBJ)
  • Step Search (ASR_SOBJ)

Activities

  1. Copy the three profiles in the standard system.
    1. To do this, execute the IMG activity. The system displays the maintenance view for the profiles of the case search.
    2. Choose the Synchronization function in the Utilities application menu.
      3. Enter the connection to the delivery client (000) and synchronize the profiles.
  2. Synchronize the selection fields of the profiles with those of the standard system.
    1. Select one of the three copied profiles and select the Selection Fields work step in the dialog structure.
    2. Choose the Synchronization function in the Utilities application menu. Enter a connection to the delivery client (000) and copy the selected selection fields. Choose the Synchronization function in the Utilities application menu.
  3. Repeat the synchronization of the selection fields for all three profiles.
