Use
In this IMG activity, you specify which attachment types are to be transferred between different form scenarios within a process.
When you perform the IMG activity Transfer Field Values Between Form Scenarios of Process to define which field values are to be transferred from the source form scenario to the target form scenario, you also define the behavior of the attachments here in the same way. The attachments are transferred from the source form scenario to the target form scenario when the first step of the target form scenario is processed for the first time.
Requirements
You have performed the IMG activity Create Form Scenario.
You use several form scenarios together in one process.
You use the same attachment types in these form scenarios.
Standard settings
Activities
- Specify the work area. Select the process within which attachment types are to be transferred from one form scenario into another form scenario.
- Specify the name and the version of the target form scenario.
- Specify the attachment type that is to be transferred to the target form scenario.
- Specify the name of the source form scenario.
Note
In contrast to the target form scenario, it is not necessary to enter the version of the source form scenario. The version of the target form scenario is required because the mapping can be version dependent. You do not need to specify the version of the source form scenario as this can be only ever be used in one version at the process runtime. When the mapping is made, the attachments from the current version of the source form scenario are used.
- Save your entries.
Repeat the entries for all form scenarios for which attachment types are to be transferred.
