The Complete Package of notifications can be linked to a particular Document type (Status , e.g . Draft) . This Package then will be linked to a particular Process Scenario and the Sub Process Scenario for the Business Scenario.
Hence for a business Scenario(e.g Pension Administration) for a Process Scenario (e.g. Basic Pension administration) in a sub process Scenario (e.g Create Draft Notification ) all the Notifications will be created in status DRAFT.
