Use
In this IMG activity, you define the assignment of your customer wage types to the following cumulation wage types:
- MILG: Wage Type Assessment Base for Reduction Sec.4a Par.1 BSZG (in accordance with model wage type O073)
- MISZ: Wage Type Assessment Base Social Payment Reduction Sec.4a Par.1 BSZG (in accordance with model wage type O075)
- SZLG: Wage Type Assessment Base for Special Payment 2004 (like in the model in T5DPBS0A) (in accordance with model wage type O069)
- MIND: Assessment for Reduction Sec.4a Par.1 BSZG (all customer wage types that are to be included in the assessment basis for a reduction in accordance with § 4a of the German Public Sector Pensions Act (BeamtVG)
Assign all of the wage types that are relevant for the assessment basis for a reduction in accordance with Section § 4a of the German Public Sector Pensions Act (BeamtVG) to the cumulation wage type MIND - Assessment for Reduction Sec.4a Par.1 BSZG.
Requirements
You have used the IMG activity Copy Wage Types for Special Payment to create customer-specific copies of the following model wage types:
- O069: Annual Special Payment
- O073: Assessment basis for reduction as per § 4a paragraph 1
- O075: Assessment basis for SP reduction as per § 4a
- O076: Fictitious SP reduction as per § 4a
Standard settings
Activities
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter MILG as a cumulation wage type and assign your customer-specific wage type in accordance with the model wage type O073.
- Enter MISZ as a cumulation wage type and assign your customer-specific wage type in accordance with the model wage type O075.
- Enter SZLG as a cumulation wage type and assign your customer-specific wage type in accordance with the model wage type O069.
- Enter MIND as a cumulation wage type and assign your customer-specific wage type in accordance with the model wage type O076.
Repeat the process for all model wage types assigned to the cumulation wage type MIND (for example, O076 Fictitious SP reduction as per § 4a) and, if necessary, for other wage types, that are to be included in the assessment basis. - Choose Save.
