Use
Public sector employers can have accounting offices with different addresses.
You use this Customizing activity to define the accounting offices you require.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, two accounting offices are provided, although there is no address assignment.
Activities
Maintain the accounting offices you require and enter an address. We recommend that you use the address type ER.
If you require another address type other than ER, use the transaction SM30 and then the view V_T536C (Addresses via Address Management). Use the view V_T536D (Address Types) to create a new address type.
Example
Accounting offices have an 8-character address key and an explanatory text. You can use the Address pushbutton to maintain an address for the selected entry.
