Use
Public sector employers can have accounting offices with different addresses.
You use this Customizing activity to assign the defined accounting offices to the relevant public sector employers.
Requirements
Maintain the public sector employers first and define corresponding accounting offices.
Standard settings
In the standard system, "Deutsche Post AG", "Deutsche Telekom AG" and "Deutsche Postbank AG" are assigned to an accounting office "Accounting Office VersLastStV".
Activities
Assign the relevant accounting offices to the public sector employers depending on the period.
Example
The following entry assigns the accounting office "99 Accounting Office VersLastStV" to the public sector employer "01 Deutsche Post AG" for the period from January 1, 2005 to December 12, 9999:
