Use
In this IMG activity, you define possible reasons for a reimbursement.
These reasons are then permanently defined in infotype 0846 (Reimbursements), depending on the legal basis.
A legal basis for a reimbursement can have various reasons for reimbursement, each of which is valuated with a different reimbursement percentage.
Requirements
Standard settings
The reasons for reimbursement required for the standard legal bases are available in the standard SAP system.
Activities
Maintain additional reasons for reimbursement, if necessary.
Note:
Since the internal key is intended for internal use only, you should not maintain it.

A reason for reimbursement comprises a two-digit key and some explanatory text:
