Use

Time specification types are provided for selection in the subprocess scenario Employment Periods as in the Time Specification/Employ. Period infotype (IT0552). The valid employment periods are displayed in a list box.

You can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRPAY00_FED_STATE_SEN to edit the employment periods independently of any other infotypes (for example, legal basis from Pension Payment infotype (IT0322)). This means you can restrict the selection of the valid employment periods depending on the personnel number.
