Use
In this IMG activity, you can define a grouping of calculation rules for determining a legal retirement age limit, assign a calculation rule to the grouping and, if necessary, a number of years (for example, 60 or 65). The system will then use this information to determine the retirement age limit defined by the calculation rule.

The standard SAP system contains a grouping for determining 65 years as the legal retirement age limit.
