Use
In this Customizing activity, you control the sub process scenarios for background processing.
In the PWE (Process Workbench Engine), you can make settings to trigger background processing.
Background processing is started according to the sub process scenario status of a sub process scenario and controlled by specifying the class intended for the implementation for the sub process scenario. The method DO_ACTION_AFTER_SAVE of the specified class is called.
Requirements
The class for the implementation of the sub process scenario must have implemented the relevant method DO_ACTION_AFTER_SAVE.
The class is defined in Customizing for the PWE (Process Workbench Engine) in the activity Assign Sub Process Scenarios to Sub Process Scenario Group.

Sub process scenario: VAP2 (approval)
Status: SCOK (approved)
Sub process scenario: VAP3 (create facsimilies)
Using this setting, the background process of the sub process scenario Create Facsimile is called if the sub process scenario Approve is set to the overall status Approved. In this case, the method DO_ACTION_AFTER_SAVE of the class that controls the implementation of the sub process scenario is called. This means that the facsimiles of a notice are created when a request is approved.
