Use

In this Customizing activity, you define a default processor for a specific sub process scenario. The processor can use the BAdI HRPBSWBRPCONTROL (Check Methods for PWE Process Flow) to define fixed settings. If no entry for a sub process scenario is selected in the table view that is called, the system does not display a default processor.

Requirements

The user group must be created using the Customizing activity Define Processor Groups (for Using BAdI).

Standard settings

Activities

To define a default processor for a specific sub process scenario, choose one of the following selection types:

  • BADI    Determine Using BAdI
  • LAST    Last Processed By
  • NONE    No Default

If Last Processed is chosen as the selection type, the Re. SPS field must also be processed.

Note on selection type BAdI Determine Using BAdI:
The BAdI is implemented in class CL_IM_HRPBSWBRPCONTROL. The BAdI returns a user group. The user group must be created using the Customizing activity Define Processor Groups (for Using BAdI). Using the Customizing activity Define Conditions Between Processor Name, Group, and BAdI Value, the assignment is defined between the user group returned by the BAdI and the system name of the processor who is then proposed by default.

Output types:

  • Optional field:     The field does not have to be filled.
  • Required field:     A name must be entered in the field.
  • Output:     The field is not ready for input.
  • Hide:    The default processor is processed but not output.

The output type describes the field for the default processor in the sub process scenario.
