Use
In this Customizing activity, you control how the substatus is set in sub process scenarions (SPS).
If a sub process scenario is set to a specific substatus, other sub process scenarios can also be set to a new substatus.

Example 1:
Sub process scenario VA01 with the status New (SNEW) is set to In process (SINP) if it is saved by a processor.
Sub process scenario grouping: VA0S (Assess. Pension Recip. for Administrator)
Sub process scenario: VA01 ( Pension Master Data )
Status: SNEW (New)
Sub process scenario: VA02 (Pension Master Data)
Valid from: 01/01/2002
Valid to: 12/31/9999
Status: SINP (In Process)
This setting means that process scenario VA01, which is saved with the status New, is set to the status In Process and saved with the new value.
Example 2:
Sub process scenario VAP1 with the status Complete Prev. CA and Submit for Check(SSET) is saved by a processor. This sets sub process scenario VA03 to the status Completed (SCMP).
Sub process scenario grouping: VA0S (Assess. Pension Recip. for Administratror)
Sub process scenario: VAP1 (Prepare Check)
Status: SSET (Complete Prev. CA and Submit for Check)
Sub process scenario: VA03 (Employment Periods)
Valid from: 01/01/2002
Valid to: 12/31/9999
Status: SCMP (Completed)
This setting allows the processor to set a status field to Complete previous SPS and for checking, which sets the status fields of the other sub process scenarios to Completed before the process scenario is passed on to the reviewer.
