Use
Use this activity to define the calculation types that you can use in the personnel subtransaction 'Severance pay calculation'.

Activities
Define the calculation types you require and assign to each of them an internal key which the system uses to identify a first or a retroactive calculation.
Example
For example, you can define the calculation types "first calculation" and "retroactive calculation". The first calculation is used to calculate the severance pay when the employer changes. The retroactive calculation can be used if a correction is needed # for example, if the new employer#s calculation comes up with a different severance pay amount.
When creating a retroactive calculation, a reference must be set up to a first calculation or to a retroactive calculation that has already been carried out.
