Use
The subapplication VAEP controls the way in which the system determines remuneration points or remunerations when calculating bonuses in accordance with Section §50 of the German Public Sector Pensions Act (BeamtVG).
This subapplication is not activated in the standard SAP system. This means that the year of entry into a pension ("Entry: Pension" date) and the previous year are offset against provisional remunerations or remuneration points while the other (older) calculation intervals are offset against final remunerations or remuneration points.

Activities
Activate this subapplication as of the required validity date if you want to use final remunerations or remuneration points, provided that the table V_T7DEPBSVAVG03 or V_T7DEPBSVAVG04 has a corresponding entry. If the relevant table does not have a final entry, the system will return the provisional entry.
