Use
You use this activity to define your own quick info texts for your Public Services regulation for the relevant data elements.
Due to the Public Services regulation reformations of the states, in the standard SAP system, the previous field labels that referred to the BeamtVG were made general.
Thus, the previous field label "Pension Percentage, S.14.1" was changed in a Support Package (October 2010) to the less specific field label "Pension Percentage". To represent the assignment to the legal basis, quick infos with customer-specific texts are now possible.
Provided that no entry is created for an available data element in this Customizing table, the standard quick infos for the data elements remain valid.
A special feature of this Customizing activity is that the entries can be delimited based on time, but only one text can ever be defined for a fixed value.

Activities
For your Public Services regulation, specify the quick info texts for the field labels that contain information that is more specific for your regulation than the general field labels. The assignment is made using the data elements.
Example
For example, to display the previous field labels of the pension percentage fields in infotype 0322 and in the corresponding fields of the Pension Administration as a quick info for the BeamtVG, you need to transfer the following entries from the standard SAP system with the validity period from 01/01/1900 to 12/31/9999 (federal) or before the new Public Services regulation comes into effect.
