Use

After the payroll has completed successfully, you can output the payroll results as a remuneration statement in addition to the payroll log.

In this IMG activity, you use feature PBCHO (PayBill CHOice) to determine the remuneration statement parameters that are displayed on the payroll driver selection screen. The parameters are represented by fields. They determine how the remuneration statement is displayed. The feature can have the following values:

  • Value 00
    • No remuneration statement parameters are displayed on the payroll driver selection screen.
  • Value 00
    • The field Layout HRFORMS is displayed on the payroll driver selection screen.
  • Value 01
    • The Layout HRFORMS field is displayed on the selection screen for the payroll driver.

If you select the radio button and enter the name of an HR form, the system provides you with the remuneration statement created in the HR Forms Workplace (HRFORMS) in addition to the payroll log.

  • Value 10
    • The Layout for Remuneration Statement field is displayed on the payroll driver selection screen.

If you select the radio button and enter a layout name, the system provides you with the remuneration statement created in the HR form editor (PE51) in addition to the payroll log.

  • Value 11
    • The Layout for Remuneration Statement and HRFORMS Layout fields are displayed on the payroll driver selection screen.

The system provides you with the remuneration statement created with the HR form editor (PE51) or the remuneration statement created with the HR Forms Workplace (HRFORMS).

For information on the editor, access the SAP Library and choose Human Resources -> HR Tools -> Features Editor.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard SAP system includes the following values:

  • Germany has the value 11
  • All other countries have the value 10

Activities

  1. Enter the required value for the feature. Note the country grouping when you do so.
  2. Before starting the payroll program, select the required field on the payroll driver selection screen and enter the remuneration statement values.
