Use
In this IMG activity, you make the required settings for customer- specific training proposals per learner.
Training proposals among other things are presented to learners on the homepage of the Learning Portal under Messages and Notes. In addition to the training proposals from the standard system, customer-specific training proposals can also be presented per learner. If you want to replace or supplement the training proposals delivered in the SAP Learning Solution, you must implement the Business Add-In LSO_LEARNER and use the method GET_ALERTS. This lets you change the training proposals per learner.
In the standard system, training proposals are determined using the relationship A615 mandatory for. You can prescribe courses as mandatory for organizational units, jobs, and persons. For example, in your company, certain courses are assigned as mandatory for mechanics. These courses are assigned as mandatory to all mechanics in the company. The SAP system also generates suitable course proposals to close qualification gaps and deficits.
