The following steps contains all of the settings required to use course and participant appraisals in Training Management. These settings are generated automatically the first time you start the appraisal function when you confirm the query whether the conversion program RHUMAPPR should be started.
In this step, you can start the conversion program RHUMAPPR if it was not already run the first time the appraisal functions were used in the system. If it was already executed, a message to this effect is output.
You can then change data if required in the activities that follow. As a rule, no changes are necessary.
