A form consists of a number of windows (such as an address window and a main window). A window, in turn, can consist of one or more text elements. You can define the order (position) of the windows in the form definition. The order of text elements within a window is not fixed. It is necessary to define the sequence of text elements if the output is tabular and includes column headings and table lines.
Example
The confirmation notification to the instructor should include the list of attendees. In this case, the order of the text elements is specified in the main window (MAIN) of the form (HR_ALL_INSTRUC).
- TXT_BODY: You have been booked for the course...
- TXT_TLIS: Participant list
- TXT_MFG: Yours sincerely ...
