In this IMG activity, you maintain recipient groups for Correspondence in Training Management.
Recipient groups comprise the addressees of the various types of correspondence generated by transactions in Training Management, (the participants of a course, for example, are the recipient group for a booking confirmation).
Standard settings
The standard system contains entries for the recipient groups that occur most frequently in Training Management. Function modules have been assigned to these groups as follows:
- Recipient group Participants - LSO_GET_ADDR_ATTE
- Recipient group Cancellation - LSO_GET_ADDR_CANC
- Recipient group Prebooked - LSO_GET_ADDR_PREB
- Recipient group Trainers - LSO_GET_ADDR_INST
- Recipient group Organizer - LSO_GET_ADDR_ORGA
- Recipient group Name Tags (for participants) - LSO_GET_ADDR_ATTE
- Supervisor (participation) - LSO_GET_ADDR_ATTE_SUPERIOR
- Supervisor (canceled) - LSO_GET_ADDR_CANC_SUPERIOR
- Supervisor (prebooked) - LSO_GET_ADDR_PREB_SUPERIOR
Activities
Check whether the standard settings cover all the recipient groups you require.
If necessary, add your own recipient groups.
- Assign your recipient groups a function module.
- Do so by copying an existing function module and making the necessary adjustments to it.
Note
If you have used Correspondence functions in Training and Event Management or in the SAP Learning Solution Release 100 or 200 up to now, you must adjust some of your Customizing settings. For detailed information, see SAP note 702326.
