Use

In this IMG activity, you define which cancellation reason SAP Learning Solution should use when a request for course participation in rejected in the standard workflow 12000003.

At the start of the workflow, the requested booking is made, independent of the decision of the approver. If the request is rejected, the booking is canceled again. The SAP system uses the value stored in the switch HRLSO WFSTO.

You create the cancellation reasons that you want to make available in the SAP system in Customizing. Choose Training and Event Management -> SAP Learning Solution -> Day-to-Day Activities -> Participation Cancellation -> Reasons for Participation Cancellation.
