Requirements

The values for document type and movement type must be already maintained in Materials Management (MM).

Standard settings

The document type entry in the standard system is NB, and the movement type preset in the standard system is 201.

Further notes

Purchase requisitions are managed in MM as documents. Purchase requisitions from Training Managment have their own document type NB; this can be set here.

The movement type controls the movement of goods within MM. When a material is reserved by Training Management, the movement type goods issue for cost center defined in the value 201 is supported.
