In this step, you can specify whether warning (W) and information (I) messages are to be output per participant during list entry transactions in Training Management.
You cannot suppress the output of error messages (E) in list entry transactions (e.g. "participant is not available").
Example
A number of participants do not have the required prerequisites to participate in a course. If you want individual messages output, the system displays per participant the corresponding warning or information.
Standard settings
The default setting is 0 which means that individual messages are not displayed during list entry transactions.
Activities
Enter O if you do not want individual messages output.
Enter 1 if you want individual messages output per successful operation.
