In this step you define the number range intervals for participation documents. Each course participation is documented with a document number that is selected from a predefined number range interval by the SAP system.
Example
You want to create the following number range interval for participation documents in the SAP system:
00 00 00 00 01 to 99 99 99 99 99
Enter the required interval values in the SAP system.

Activities
To define the number range interval for the participation documents:
- Choose Change Intervals.
- Choose Insert Intervals.
- Enter the start and end values for the number range interval 01: (for example, 50 00 00 00 00 to 59 99 99 99 99)
- Choose Save.
Note
The SAP System only does reporting for number range interval 01.
