Use
In this IMG activity, you can change the default values that were used by the SAP system when infotype records were created for the infotypes Add Collaboration Room (5045) and Add Collaboration Room Template (5046).

Standard settings
Activities
The following switches are available:
- EPCOL/BOOK - Reaction When Booking Participation
- EPCOL/CANC - Reaction When Canceling Participation or Course
- EPCOL/FLUP - Reaction When Following Up or Confirming
- EPCOL/DSPLP - Display of Collaboration Room in Learning Portal when a course has not yet been booked
- If this switch is active, a link to the collaboration room is only displayed if the course has been booked.
- EPCOL/EXCL - Use Room Exclusively
- If this switch has been set in a record of infotype 5045, the collaboration room of the infotype record can only be referenced by this specific record of infotype 5045 and by no other infotype 5045 record.
- EPCOL/NTIFY Send Notification of Participation in Collaboration Room.
- EPCOL/SPRIO - Sorting Priority of Collaboration Room in the List of Rooms for a Course
- All values between 0-99 are allowed.
- EPCOL/TMPL - Standard Room Profile
- The key of the room profile that should be used when a new collaboration room is created.
