Use
In this IMG activity, you create a room profile in the SAP system for each collaboration room template. The room profile contains a unique key and a name. You must also specify the following details for the profile:
- Collaboration room template
- Privacy type
- List of categories
- List of parameters and values
The room profile is used when a new collaboration room is created. The advantage of using a room profile when you create a new collaboration room is that you only need to enter a description of the new room and the name of the owner.
You can only use a collaboration room template if at least one room profile has been entered for the template in the SAP system. You can also specify in the room profile which templates are to be used in the context of the SAP Learning Solution if you want.
The values you enter in a room profile correspond to the values you enter when you create a collaboration room manually in the SAP Enterprise Portal.
