Use

In this step, you can determine the control parameters for Compensation Administration.

This step is related to the Compensation Planning and Compensation Approval scenarios (ECM) in Manager Self-Service.

Requirements

Standard settings

By default, the setting is deactivated.

Activities

  1. Either leave the parameter unchanged if you want the system to convert the amounts to the new display currency, or enter an 'X' in Value Abbreviation to save the amounts in the local currency of the employee's country.
  2. Save your entries.
