• Defined compensation areas and plans.

Recommendation

Determine the eligibility groupings that are required in your organization.

Activities

1. Select the relevant compensation area.
2. Choose New entries.
3. Enter a 4-character code and a description.
4. Save your entries.
5. Repeat the previously mentioned steps for any further groupings.
