Use

In this IMG activity you assign print programs to the forms that you have defined. In this way, you can specify which print program is used to format the data for the form. You can also create assignments for different languages.

To specify which print program is to be run automatically for a particular form, set the Active indicator. You can only set one entry to active per country and language.

Standard settings

The standard system includes the following assignments:

  • The print program for the protocol log, REHSPERSVSKARTEI00, supports SAPscript forms, such as EHS-VSKART-A4.

    The SAPscript form EHS-VSKART-A4 is active in the standard system.

  • The print program for the protocol log, REHSH_VSKART_PRNT_PDF, supports PDF-based print forms, such as the form EHSH_VSKART_A4.

    If you work with PDF-based print forms, activate the form EHSH_VSKART_A4.

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you work with the default settings. If you do so, no other activities are necessary.

Activities

  1. Enter the forms that you want to use for the protocol log (see Define Forms and Define Layout of PDF-Based Print Forms).
  2. Assign a print program to each of the forms.
  3. Set the active indicator for the form that you want to use.
  4. Choose one of the address types that you defined in the IMG activity Specify Employer Addresses.
