In this IMG activity you specify the addresses for your personnel areas and personnel subareas.

The employer's address is needed on the forms for the medical certificate and protocol log.

Standard settings

Addresses are stored using an address and an ID.

In the SAP standard system, the address is made up of the personnel area and personnel subarea.

In the SAP standard system, the meaning of the ID field is as follows:

  • A = Name of enterprise
  • B = Additional name data
  • C = Street/Postbox
  • D = City/Postal code
  • E = Additional city data
  • F = Country
  • G = Telephone no.
  • H = DUEVO short address
  • I = Department

Example

In the case of SAP AG, the entries might be as follows (address type /A):

  2. Enter the addresses that are to appear on the medical certificates.
