Use
In this IMG activity, the system offers you two views so that you can edit the following data:
Assignment of print programs to forms
You assign print programs to the forms that you have defined. This enables you to specify which print program is used to format the data for a specific form.
As the form of a medical certificate can vary greatly from country to country, it is also possible to create assignments for different countries and languages.
To specify which print program is to be run automatically for a particular form, set the Active indicator. Only one entry per country and language can be set to active.
Form texts
You specify which text elements are to appear the same in all the forms. For medical certificates, the text elements are as follows:
- Company address (see Specify Employer Addresses)
- Data on physician (physician's name and four extra lines):
If you make entries here, the system overwrites the data on physicians that is entered on the Reservations or Close tab pages in the medical service. You should therefore only edit physician data here if it is to appear on all medical certificates. If you specify a physician in the medical service, the address that is entered under business partners will appear on the form (street, city, and postal code).
- Copies of the form (For the employer, for example):
You can enter up to four copies. The number of copies that you enter here also controls the number of printouts of the form. In other words, if you specify two copies, the medical certificate is printed twice.
Standard settings
Assignment of print programs to forms
- The print program for medical certificates, REHSMCERTFORMPRNT, supports SAPscript forms, such as the forms EHS-MEDCERT-A4 and EHS-MEDCERT-LET.
The SAPscript form EHS-MEDCERT-A4 is set to active in the standard system.
If you work with SAPscript forms in Letter format, you should activate the form EHS-MEDCERT-LET.
- The print program for medical certificates, REHSH_MEDCERT_PRNT_PDF, supports PDF-based print forms, such as the forms EHSH_MEDCERT_A4 and EHSH_MEDCERT_LET.
If you work with PDF-based print forms, activate one of these forms.
Form texts
The SAP standard system includes texts for the forms.
