Description

In this step, it is possible to set up the necessary link for receiving net payroll data from PBS, using maintenance for RFC destinations. The SAP_HR_PAY_DK_RECV link has to be set up for this.

To set up the link, press Create (F8) on the 'Display and Maintenance of RFC Destinations' screen. It is then necessary to enter:

  • RFC destination: HR_DK_PBS_FTP
  • Link type: T (TCP/IP link)
  • Description: Send gross payroll data to PBS

Then press enter. In the screen which follows, press 'Start' and 'Explicit Host'. You must then specify a program name, as well as the computer the program should be started on. Enter:

  • Target computer: 194.239.133.133
  • Program: C:\sap\<PBS-Company name>ftp.cmd

At the end, a gateway link must be set up. This varies from customer to customer, so that no entries can be made for the parameters (However, only 3200. 3201 or 3202 may be used as a port for the gateway).

To set up the gateway, choose Destinations -> Gateway Options and enter the gateway´s host address and the port number. If there is no special Routing (via SAP Router, for example), you can specify 194.239.133.133 as the gateway address.
