Use
In this Customizing activity you create additional fields that you want to appear on the interface. For each field you can specify whether the system is to display the original value, the posted value, or the correct value. If the field is a system field, the system flags the field automatically, and you cannot change the flag.
These fields are used in the following interfaces:
- Dynamic Selections
Under Dynamic Selections in the following functions you can access the fields you define in this Customizing activity:
- Edit ECS Items
- Display ECS Items
- Display ECS Items by Aging Category
- Display Deleted and Corrected ECS Items by Employee
- Start Statistical Analysis
- Determine Trends for ECS Items
Note: You can use up to 70 fields. If you choose more than 70 fields, the system uses only the first 70 fields in the functions.
- Overview Screen and Detail Screen
In the functions listed above, the additional fields you crate are also displayed in the lists. This means that in the ECS workplace you can specify how many columns the tables contain, for example.
