Use
In this IMG activity you can define first-level checks.
First-level checks contain the checks defined to run before auto correction and before documents are processed. You assign these checks to one or multiple ECS environments in IMG activity Define ECS Environments.
You assign a check category and check objects to each first-level check.
The system runs the first-level checks before auto correction and before documents are posted in order to transfer incorrect items to Error Correction and Suspense Accounting (ECS) at the earliest possible stage. This improves system performance. If the checks detect first-level errors, the system creates ECS items.
Requirements
Standard settings
The system contains first-level checks that it applies before your custom checks. The system checks the following fields:
- Company code
- Posting date
- Document type
- Posting key
- Amount
- Consistent average activity in different currencies
