Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Error Correction System for the Accounting Interface (AC-INT-ECS) component. You can use this BAdI to define how the system finds the compound error category if not all error types are assigned to compound error categories.
If you do not use this BAdI, the system assigns each error category to a compound error category based in the assignments you made in Customizing. If you did not assign the error in question to a compound error category in Customizing, the system assigns this error to the compound error category undefined. In this case, the system does not determine the actual error categories that were assigned to compound error categories.
If you want the system to find the exact error category, but want to keep Customizing to a minimum, you can create an implementation in this BAdI. The system can then use this implementation and the algorithm you defined to assign error categories to compound error categories when it cannot find the assignments made in Customizing.

The standard system does not contain an implementation for this purpose.
The BAdI is not filter-dependent.
The BAdI is not designed for multiple use.
