Use
In this IMG activity you define logical path names and assign them to syntax groups and physical paths. You can also define logical file names and other settings for variables, syntax groups, and operating systems.
Since the system has to process and save a large volume of data in Error Correction and Suspense Accounting, there are archiving functions that you can use for this data. You can use the archiving functions to move ECS items from the ECS database to a different file system.
Archive files are stored in the file system under a physical path name and file name. These names are derived from the logical path name and file name that you define in this activity.

Requirements
If you intend to transfer the archive files to a storage system using the Content Management Service, note that the storage system must have access to the archive files.
If you are using HSM systems, you must ensure that the archive files can be written to the file system of the HSM system.
