Use

In this Customizing activity, you can assign several Network Modeling Objects to any Network Object or its Network Object Subtype.

Requirements

You have created Network Object Types and Network Object Subtypes.

Standard settings

Activities

To assign a modeling object, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose Network Object Type or Network Object Subtype.
  2. Select the relevant Object Type or General Types respectively.
  3. Choose Network Modeling Objects.
  4. Choose New Entries.
  5. Enter the Network Object Type and choose OK.
  6. Save entries.

Example

The Network Object Type Cluster has the following Network Object Subtypes:

  • Booster Pump Station
  • Water Pump Station
  • Power Plant
  • Compressor Station
  • Boiler

The Network Object Subtype Booster Pump Station has the following modeling objects assigned to it:

  • GHO_FLARE
  • GHO_GEN
  • GHO_HT
  • GHO_METER
  • GHO_PUMP
  • GHO_SEP
  • GHO_TANK
