Use
In this IMG activity you define risk classes used in the context of value adjustment. The risk classes are used to classify any interrupted payments for a loan and the resulting risk for the lender.
The system supports five predefined risk classes. You can change the text if necessary:
- 000: No-Watch (Loan does not need monitoring)
- 100: On-Watch (Loan needs monitoring)
- 200: Impaired 1 (Unsecured loan with no clear risk of default)
- 300: Impaired 2 (Unsecured credit with clear risk of default)
- 400: Foreclosed (Loan written off internally)
Assignment of Risk Classes:
You can enter the risk classes 000, 100 and 200 manually in the contract. Risk Classes 300 and 400 are assigned automatically by the Value Adjustment (RBD) component. The system then displays the relevant risk class for your information in the loan in the Basic Data on the Evaluation Data tab page.
