Use
In this Customizing activity, you assign the tax compliance types you defined to the countries and regions in which the corresponding tax compliance regulations apply.
The countries and regions you assign here are available on the Financial Reporting Data tab page in the Tax Compliance group box when you edit business partners and via Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI) in the TAX_COMPLIANCE_TABLE parameter.

You have made the required settings in Customizing for SAP Business Partner for Financial Services under Define Tax Compliance Types.
