Use

In this IMG activity, you can define the tabs to be used in the Payment Release List application.

These tabs are used to

  • display unassigned items,
  • arrange, process, and approve items for payment release
  • display information such as system warning messages
  • display a log of all actions executed that are relevant for a particular list

Activities

  1. Determine which tabs are necessary for the payment release process.
  2. Define the tabs.

    You can define one of the following tab types for each tab.

    • Unassigned Items
    • Assigned Items
    • Other

      You cannot define additional tab types.

      If you want to define different layouts for different tabs of type Unassigned Items or Assigned Items choose another screen number between 2 and 8.

Example

In the standard system, the following tabs are defined:

  • Unassigned items

    Displays unassigned items to be processed, approved, and paid

  • Exceptions

    Displays unassigned items that cannot be processed or paid due to errors in the proposal run

  • Assigned items
  • Tab that displays system warning messages
  • Log of actions relevant for a list
