Use

In this IMG activity, you can define actions that can be used in a Payment Release List application. You can define whether processors can also execute the actions in display mode and whether the actions can only be assigned to the list and not to a tab.

You can customize the standard settings for the actions (description, icon, and so on) to define the appearance of the actions as pushbuttons on the Payment Release List user interface.

Requirements

Standard settings

The action ID of SAP standard actions begins with SAP_*.

The action documentation uses the following keyblocks:

Activities

  • On the detail screen, you define the following attributes for a new action or you edit the attributes of an existing action.
    • Action ID
    • Description
    • Pushbutton label
    • Quick info text
    • Icon
  • Using the available indicators, you define whether the action is available in display mode and whether the action is only relevant for a list.
  • You maintain the documentation for the action by choosing @B_TEXT@ with the quick info text Documentation.
  • Processors can access the documentation on the user interface of Payment Release List by choosing @B_INFO@ with the quick info text Action Information.
