Use

This IMG activity contains information on the prerequisites for the use of the Web applications for planning primary costs and statistical key figures on cost centers.

Requirements

For planning, you must enter the personalization data (at least for the controlling area) and any default parameters (default parameters apply before personalization):

  • You enter the personalization data in the personalization framework (see Personalization Framework: Overview).
  • You enter the default parameters for the following planning layouts and planning areas:

    Primary costs

    • Planning layout: 1-1W1: Costs (Periods/Quarters)
    • Planning area: Cost Centers: Cost Elements/Activity Input

      Statistsical key figures

    • Planning layout: 1-3W1: Statistical Key Figures (Per./Quart.)
    • Planning area: Cost Centers: Statistical Key Figures

      Under Define User-Defined Planner Profiles, assign the specified layout to a planner profile through the specified planning area. You can then make the default settings for the data.

      If the layouts do not exist in the current client, you can import then under Import Standard Planning Layouts.
